RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Kneissl are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Kneissl attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Kneissl does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kneissl itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
 
PRICING AND PRODUCT RETURNS

With respect to items sold by Kneissl, the Price as shown on KneisslNorthAmerica.com represents the price which you will be charged for the item during the checkout process before any discounts or coupons are applied to your order.  All prices are subject to change, and may be changed at any time.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Kneissl will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   In order to receive a refund, you will need to receive a return merchandise authorization for the item by contacting us.
