We can ship to virtually any address in North America. Note that there may be shipping restrictions on some items and the delivery of those items may be delayed.  If such a delay is required, this will be communicated to you by our customer service staff by email.

Orders are normally shipped within 2 days of your order subject to the availability of the item.  In the event that an item in your order cannot be shipped due to availability within 5 days of your order, you will be notifed via email and / or telephone and a credit to your account will be granted immediately if so requested.

All products on our store are shipped to your designated shipping address by us using a carrier of our choosing.  When you place an order, we will inform you of the shipping cost for each item and their estimated delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address.  Depending on your shipping address, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Kneissl StarReturns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
